The Arc Continues

Meet the Founder — Where It Started
This project didn't start in a boardroom or with some perfect business plan. It started in the garage of a sober living home, during a season of my life where I was trying to figure out who I was without addiction. I was exhausted, humbled, and honestly just trying to survive one day at a time. But somewhere in that struggle, I realized that if my story could help even one person feel less alone, then the pain had a purpose.
The podcast became the first real conversation. No pretending. No polished version of recovery. Just honest talks about sobriety, discipline, failure, rebuilding, and learning how to live with purpose again. What started as an outlet slowly became a community of people who were all fighting for something better.
As the community grew, so did the mission. What began in that garage turned into apparel that carries the message, a run club built on accountability and brotherhood, and a vision for sober living homes that give men a real foundation to rebuild their lives. Legacy Arc Project was born out of rock bottom, but it was built on hope.
"I didn't build this for the people who have it figured out. I built it for the ones still in the middle of it."
— Joseph Parker, Founder

The VisionWhat We Stand For
We tell the truth — about recovery, about struggle, about what it actually takes to build something real. No sugarcoating, no performance.
Motivation fades. Discipline is what remains. We believe in showing up every day — not because it's easy, but because the arc demands it.
Nobody builds a legacy alone. We are stronger together — in recovery, in business, in life. Connection is not optional; it's the foundation.
Everything we do is measured against one question: does this outlast us? We build for the long arc — not the quick win.
Why We Exist
Through honest conversations on the podcast, purposeful apparel, and structured sober living homes — Legacy Arc Project serves people in recovery and anyone building a disciplined, principled life. We help people build legacies that outlast their struggle.
You are not finished.
